Anyone had the Venom in hand? How is he? McFarlane Venom (pic related) is probably my favorite look. But we never had a truly decent representative.
I have the Absorbing Man BAF Venom, but the Hyperion body is kinda roided and wack. I skipped on Headdie (which now I kinda regret, that figure became a meme). I bought the Yamaguchi Venom, it is fine in my Yamaguchi shelf, but too stylized. I also bought the Mafex Venom, who is supposed to be based on McFarlane, but he is too small and lanky, and the proportion is kinda wack for a bulky superhero so I sold him because he was selling for a decent price in the aftermarket. No regret.
Now we have the Knull 2-pack with movie Venom body repaint and the symbiote 3-pack with Omega red body repaint. Are any of those significant update over the Absorbing Man BAF Venom from years ago?
