>>8164670As a general guide, O shapes play floaty, V shapes play fast but unstable, H shapes are very stable, lots of spin, but a bit slower style since there's more momentum to em, and W shapes are a happy medium between V and H and you'll find more modern throws using this shape. again, every yoyo will play different based on the hub and weight distribution, bearing used, design, but this is overall what you can expect.
Also smaller diameter throws such as the 66% series are fantastic, more dense and easier to land tight combos, while larger yoyos will give you more spin.
