Also I'd say once again, check to see if your glue is cyanocryalate. GW sells both that and actual cement which melts plastic to bond it, and the latter isn't going to go well for your figure. If it is cyanocryalate, just apply it around the tab as well as directly on the break point, and let it cure for 24hrs. If need be, you can also supplement the side of the tab assuming you have clearance to reduce stress on it like I did here. This large black tab snapped in two but needs to work while being stressed, so I put some plasticard on one side to reduce stress on the tab, as well as slightly sanding down the active tab.
