But there's something really weird happened to the Nurse with current merchandise. So here's the Pop Up Parade figure by Goodsmile who also make the Figma. But this black square on her mouth started appearing on all sorts of figures. So what this black square actually is is a alpha texture error in a model viewer which in the actual game only the red teeth part are only meant to show. Luckily the Figma didn't do this, only the red teeth with one of the three heads.
