I actually do agree with the idea of taking the franchise in a new direction, but I also don't think "throwing out the baby with the bathwater" is a good idea, if the rumors I've heard are true.
Is it really true that Orko and any character that originated in that show will be given up? The characters themselves, in a few cases, I really like, and I'd actually like to see them evolve with the franchise into something new and hopefully better.
