It's always been a bit of an enigma, since it only has 3 levels when it was supposedly supposed to have 7, and the designs are a bit strange. Almost like prototype designs for the Toa.
Does anyone know exactly who made it and if there's any extra info about it? No wiki goes into detail on the history or background of it.
