They all are, they just don't fit your personal tastes. And ever since MK Spawn hit, there have been numerous third party capes and chains available to make your own perfect Spawn. But I'm guessing you will have some complaint about that too, about how it's not official, or too expensive, or some other reason why you can't be happy and have to keep complaining.
I am not here to defend Todd either, I think he's running his business into the ground. But your reasoning here is just bad. It's like you're arbitrarily waiting for Todd to make the perfect figure that you will want, when the pieces to do it yourself are sitting right here.
