Of all the unreleased concept figures I considered him the messiest so I redesigned the guy from scratch. MEF arms and crotch, Platino/Jitsu armor, standard heroic warrior legs, bith He-man's axe and Two-Bad's shield in translucent orange, and Extendar's head.
My story for this guy is that he's France and Germany's joint contribution to Fuerza T. Unlike Tekno and Automata, Goldar is a fully fledged android. I imagine his character to be a cross between Robocop and C3P0, a by the books hardass but also intelligent and refined. The reason his weapons are translucent plastic is because the Germans implemented reverse engineered infratech in his body, allowing for holographic weaponry. I should add he also uses the Fisto buck so he can chop up Infraworlders.
