WCT seems to be cheaping out by making them smaller to fit the budget.
That Brute is barely the size an elite should be when compared to the 3.75" Stormtrooper, but not 1:18 like the MGR figure. I think the elite is also the same size as that Brute too, so the scale is pretty inconsistent to itself.
