I did it before with figma Syaoran and told them to give him a straight looking face as her neutral default face(I hate poseable figures with a default face looking at a side, it limits me on how I can display the figure) whose placard pic was looking at a side, thankfully they gave him a straight looking face when they shown the prototype last sunday.
If many request it, they might make it since all they need to do is resculpt her upper body to cover her armpits/sides and do a different shoulder pieces for the puffy shoulders of her costume. I also said that I want a ponytail alternate hair too.
No harm in telling them what we want so give it a try.
