The "New" 2018 classic Ursula doll is not using the Designer mold. Disney Store has only used that mold twice in the past. First time was for the release of the 17" LE Ursula, and they than shrunk it down a few years later when they released The designer Fairytale Heroes & Villains Collection.
The "New" 2018 Ursula doll is nothing more than a slightly tweaked version of the old 2007 Ursula doll created by the German Simba toy Company.
