Pic related is the prototype for Yvonne that was ultimately cancelled. For some reason, Playmates recycled the sculpt to make Ravishing Reporter April. It's a real mystery as to why they did as the figure stylistically clashes with the other TMNT figures at the time. I'm guessing the reason was some kind of loss recovery or tax write-off when the Toxic Crusaders line went under.
Also note that the Yvonne prototype has pronounced nipple bumps that RR April lacks. Never forget what they took from you.
