There are "normalfag" interests and niche interests. WITHIN those two interests there is a second divide when it comes to what people are willing to spend on their given interest.
A Nintendo fan may be less "normalfag" than a Marvel or Star Wars fan, but they're FAR more likely to spend lots of money on a figure, thus in the realm of Figma and similarly-priced collectibles Nintendo takes the normie cake.
DBZ is not only more niche than Nintendo in general, but fans of DBZ are less likely than Nintendo fans to bother buying something like figuarts.
