Maybe you could argue he's being a little pushy, but it seems to be overenthusiasm more than anything. Jesse calling him annoying and then deleting the posts makes him look like a total asshole incapable of even tolerating a suggestion.
I'm just surprised he didn't try and act like pic related is a proper release.
