Proportions is a key word that a lot of people in this thread don't seem to get. It doesn't mean "this limb is this length or this thing is this many centimeters," it means the body parts in relation to each other. In these frames his calves are short but so are the rest of his limbs and his body. The SHF is too elongated, which is the same problem Kid Goku had, but it still tries to adhere to the source material and ends up being this awful in-between that doesn't quite have realistic proportions and doesn't quite have stubby DB proportions.
If they just went all-in one of the two directions it'd be fine. That's the only reason I ordered Chichi. She doesn't look accurate to DB but she's at least proportionate unlike Goku and Gohan. Maybe it's just her skimpy outfit, since baggy DB outfits seem to be difficult for Bandai to get right in general. The best DB SHF tend to be characters wearing less or tighter clothes.
