Hands swap easy, had to use heat to pop the gawking head on, which is whatever. It swaps fine now. The goggles slip on under the face when you have it popped off. You just have to gently get the strap around the ears into the groove and around the sculpt of the back of the head under the hair. I used a toothpick to help push it along.
