The fucking board that was all nostalgia threads for the first 6 months. Yes, wonfest was a huge deal, but American toy collectors and Japanese collectors were basically equal and had a ton of crossover. Maybe that guy came on later after 2010 or so when western toys started really going to shit for a while, but I've been here from the beginning. There was a point where western toys were on the backburner here, but Transformers, Marvel, and Neca threads persevered. Now the western market is doing better and you see even more discussion again.
You can trace a huge shift in board culture to these two fucking figures. Further aggravated when Japanese companies started doing more western properties.
