For Elecman I managed to get the smile head on but not without sanding the peg, putting shock oil on, and heating it up. Still very tight.
Cutman smile head was not so lucky. I tried the above and nothing worked. The hole they drilled in the smile head was too small. So I put the other head back on took it off twice (which required a tremendous amount of force) and it pull the neck peg apart lol.
I did contact Jada and got a new body but I had to drill out the head for it. The neck joint on the original looked sus even before i tried swapping heads.
With that said atleast the one that busted off can put that head back on and still articulate a little bit. I might paint him red like the toy box cover.
