>>10107342I have to chime in again, as I was able to make a toy of it myself using the regular Metal Sonic as a base. Unfortunately the head can't turn because of how big the bottom 2 spines are but all of his limbs have pretty much the same range. Though I did use fabric (a scrap of denim from my job) to make his cape, I don't think you would be able to pull this design off if you tried to make that cape out of plastic, though Jakks isn't totally opposed to using soft goods (like BOTW Link's Hylian hood)
