"Long-time readers of mine know that Vlix is the holiest of molies, the thing I ask for as an action figure every time the chance comes up with a Star Wars licensee - there hasn't been a new licensed Vlix toy product since that one Brazil figure. But now there is! Sort of. The colors are very close to the old figure's design. For those not in the know, Vlix was the enforcer of the Fromm Gang on the Star Wars Droids cartoon from 1985. The main boss and his upstart son were made as figures in series one, with Vlix set for the second year - which never came to pass. The figure made it out in Brazil, but is currently scarce online and nobody really knows how widespread the release was. If there are more of these in a warehouse somewhere in Rio waiting to make it out, we've not seen them."
