Couple things to note about my plastic armed forces command and unit structures:
-units such as companies, battalions, etc. are not numerically comparable to their IRL namesakes: a company can range from 30-60 men on the higher end; a battalion from 70-120 on average, with a couple closer to 200.
-similar story for officers, typically looking for a 1:6 - 1:10 officer to troops ratio but this isn't set in stone. Depending on the size of the unit, a company may have a captain or a major commanding; a battalion will have a major, colonel or a brigadier general for the largest formations.
Seen here are a major, two captains, three lieutenants and six sergeants.
