>>11148444As someone who also has a dodgy hand. just take it slow and easy. All you really need to get started is a decent pair of nippers and either some sandpaper of various grits or some modelling files, maybe a craft knife too.
If you're scared of messing up, just grab a few cheap gundams to start with and see how you get on. The only thing harder on most girl kits is some smaller parts and tighter tolerances, neither of which are too difficult if you take your time.
You can get some nifty modelling vices to help hold parts in place if your hands aren't great too, and I find using an airbrush is very simple even with my right hand being bad.
