Hasbro figures also have tini-tiny accessories for their 1:18 lines, smaller than youd find on Figmas.
The only real difference between kids toys and collector toys is mainly just the plastic. Hasbro's plastic is more pliable, thus durable, because of that. Mold quality and the amount of detail their figures can hold doesn't really change with the plastics used.
