Cape is obviously new, since they ditched the “over the shoulder” part of it.
The shirt above the belt looks new to me as well, judging from the angle that it folds inward in the middle: the v shape of it. And the skirt looks new too, since it’s favoring the right leg instead of the left.
But the limbs look the same. Same boots and sleeves to my eye. So a surprising amount of new parts, and definitely new parts where they were needed. He didn’t need a complete redo but he needed some work for sure.
