Anyway, it seems like it should be possible to rotate the ankle joint in theory. If I caaaarefully sand that square bit at the top into a circle, it just might be able to rotate. If I fuck it up I suppose I can just glue it into place, since that was apparently never intended to be a point of movement anyway. If anyone has any better ideas though, I'm all ears.
