>>9589529>>9589549Anon is talking about Warehouse Deals. It's a sub-department in every building. Basically, they go through everything that employees mark as "damaged" when picking/stowing/packing/receiving/etc, and decide on what can be resold at a lower price. Goes through grading where they unpack items and see if there's any damage. It's the dream job in the warehouse. However, because it's the dream job, they also generally don't give a shit about most things and work at the pace that keeps them exactly with enough work as to not arouse suspicion. This means they'll check toys to ensure nothing is broken and all parts are accounted for, at least most of the time. They won't check for joints being fucked up or stress marks or anything like that, unless it's so obvious a layman can make it out. I never trusted anything from there unless I talked to the dudes running it to ask if they had any decent toys recently, and they'd let me take a look.
T. guy who worked in an amazon warehouse in Canada for 4 years and also spent alot of time fucking around and wasting their money in the learning and other departments before fucking off after they fucked me one too many times. tldr, it's a dice roll. I wouldn't trust it.
>>9589556Funnily enough WHD is one of the few things their customer support won't instantly refund you for, because you have to agree that the thing you're receiving is in the condition it's in, and because they need to repackage the thing themselves, they generally won't accept opened returns.
