Thankfully, I finally solved my problem with the limbs, now instead of needing 35 of the 7-long piece I need roughly 38 of the rubber-fused sockets from the '04 to '07 era titan sets, which is still a bit of a nightmare, but way way less of a nightmare than the 7-long piece was - plus if it didn't have enough friction before, this adds a bit more to it just in case.
