>>9365625The combined mode is pretty mediocre, even despite the fact that they tried to salvage it with a (basically mandatory) 'add-on' kit. And the combination gimmick was the main schtick of this group, so the fact that it's only average at best it a pretty big flaw (epically for how pricey they are).
They should have secured their footing first by releasing a few figures that didn't have the combination gimmick. Iceberg (the artist/designer for these gals) has some pretty great concepts for cute l*li transformer girls like
>>9361319 and pic related. But they really needed to have gotten some practice in with the actual design and engineering on the toys, before jumping straight into a 5-in-1 combiner. The engineering on the magic henshin 5 is amature and it shows what with the partsforming and dangly bits hanging off the twins when they're legs.
Overall they're just okay, but still a pretty weak first impression for the line. Hopefully they step up their game for future releases.
