Who actually owns these characters? All of them basically amount to "fan" OCs that got included for a promotional thing. Was Mattel given the rights to these characters as part of including them in Classics, or was it a "one and done" agreement between the creators and Mattel?
I mostly ask because I know at the very least Photog and Draego-man have fans that want them back, but if Mattel only agreed to make them for Classics and didn't include "we now own the character" in the agreement, would thry be able to without a lot of rigamarole?
