>>7032278> I've handled Bones minis and they're fucking awful- the details are soft and roundedBullshit.
Did they change the formula or something?
I have over a hundred from the first kickstarter and they're all great. I don't even know how you damaged them. Did you try bending one 90° or something? And that would only cause splitting and would only be noticeable if you moved it up and down again.
>great news for the 3 of us who are professional miniature painters of that caliberBut you don't need to paint them, as many of them look great as is. Paint is only a plus, considering in person you can see every little sculpted detail. Adding a matte spray makes allows those details stand out too and creates a more realistic skin tone.
>at that point you might as well just paint the FiguartsTheir sculpts aren't good though, so you'd end up with a figure that looks even less like actor, which is why they use that printed face to fake those details.
> buy the Figuarts and leave it the fuck aloneI do that already, but i don't collect their realistic stuff because their sculptors suck. Even with the figures i do buy, they sometimes mess up, which is why i skip a lot of characters. MAybe someday someone will do a better job later.
I can wait, instead of being someone like you who will buy any mediocre job and screeching at every criticism because you knowingly wasted your money on it.
