>>6217266Honestly Animated was really cool apart from the aesthetic. Derek J Wyatt's style just doesn't sit well with me, like a sloppier Bruce Timm. The animation was also pretty weak. The lack of decent lip sync was just a constant bother and the stiff animations looked terrible and jittery. They do the same shit with the new TMNT and RiD15 and it still looks lazy and spastic.
Plus few of the vehicles looked any good, with a huge boon for for figures where that's half the appeal. I really want to like it, but for the design ideas, the execution is just too weak. Animated needs a reboot in generations style and it would unquestionably be the best Transformers media ever.
