http://i.4cdn.org/toy/1494128593483.jpg>the hair sculpt hinders head articulationAnd what modern figure with long hair isn't hindered? Figures like Angela have to be modified to get better range.
>the paint is sloppy Complete BS. Toy Biz always had far better QC than Hasbro.
> the pliable plastic used for the claws on the hand are an atrocitySame can and is always said about every Wolverine since the beginning of time. Hence people talking about replacing the plastic on the current Wolverine (and replacing the head with a Toy Biz's Wolverine).
>extremely limited ankle rockers which amount to almost no ankle tilt at allFair point, but it has more articulation than the Hasbro figures.
>the joints are not integrated well into the sculptMaybe the pegs on the elbows, but everywhere else is fine. The pegs on the elbows aren't any worse than the tumors on a Figma or Revoltech, modern toylines.
So given all these things, X23 is ahead of Hasbro's MLs. Easily on par with other modern lines like DCC, NECA or Figma because of better/more articulation, more/better paint, and higher QC.
To pretend it's lower is just a laugh, considering how many features Toy Biz was putting into these toys way back in 2006. Hasbro's stuff look like cheap Mattel toys compared to Toy Biz's. It puts other modern collectors lines to shame.
