Well, you're fucked.
I have models though, and other delicate as fuck minis, so they go into foam like this or i cut it out myself. I use cases meant for medical supplies though.
It's actually easier to just keep them on display and dust them every other month than being stored somewhere.
And its fun to just have them out and do simple games from time to time.
