Whatever monstrosity they've put together is supposed to look like the original BTAS Batman, but they gave him New Batman Adventures' belt. New Batman Adventures was doing the 90s Rob Liefeld thing of putting brown pouches on everything. The original design's belt was much slimmer and the compartments were all mounted flush inside, with the exception being the cylinder shapes that represent chemical bombs and small tools that he might need quick access to.
Everything about this action figure is atrocious and McFarlane should be ashamed of themselves for greenlighting it. Whoever was in charge of the approval process should have taken one look at it, dropped it in the trashcan and said "you need to start over." There is not a single thing about it that looks good or accurate to the cartoon.
