>>8619500>i dont need another leatherhead & slash & walker krang rn i have so many neca onesI mean, I personally don't live in the US so I'll likely never see a walker krang unless I spend 100 bucks on ebay for him.
However, the overlap of characters is a fair argument, but not surprising since both companies are hitting the popular 'core' good and bad guys before getting to the obscure variants. That's why I'm hoping the Super7 versions are chonky, part of the effort to make them different toys compared to the NECA versions (which they're already doing a good job of being different aesthetics). Like, I don't know where the rest of you stand, but I always imagined Slash to be a giant considering he's a mutant snapping turtle, rather than the same size as the main turtles.
So like, (pic related) imagine a Bebop-sized Slash who would tower over the turtles and even the humans like shredder or rat king.
I'm personally curious about Leatherhead the most - I'm excited for his vintage toy's knock-off-Kraven fur vest look (which none of the more modern toys have kept), but mostly I'm curious to see if he's going to stay as a lying-down crocodile pose toy, or if they're going to figure out how to stand him up while staying true to the original sculpt like Shredder here.
