So in theory when he played a video of one of the Joes fighting he could mimic, adapt, and tell the troopers how to overcome said fighting style. In this display, he is teaching the soldiers to fight like Daredevil, I just don't have an inset to add to the tv.
He could teach each person to use Cap's fighting style to help them fight like a super-soldier while not being one.
