Anyone here have experience with Glow in the Dark paints?
I want to do something special for a friend, he's a big WoW nut, favorite character is Illidan, so I was gonna grab him the NECA figure as a gift, but I thought I could spice it up and make it better than your average action figure gift by repainting Illidans Warglaives and tattoo's to get them to glow in the dark, as well as painting them in their more accurate light green colors. (the Neca default paints are much darker green when in all the art i've seen they are bright light greens)
I've never painted with glow in the dark colors so I'm a bit curious as to how it appears when viewed in natural light, if its transparent then great, no problem, I'm just concerned that it may visually alter the way the original shade of green will appear.
Any other tips would be helpful, like how many layers are needed to produce a cool effect, best brands, etc
PRETTY damn specific I know, but I figured you guys would be the best to ask, as google searching this isn't all too helpful, seems like it's almost uncharted territory.
