For tiny amounts that you would need to paint small details and/or touch up, 1ml EP tube will work just fine.

PE is permeable to some volatile compounds though so eventually your paints will dry out, so glass is still better for truly long term storage, but you can be assured that no hobby-grade substance would actually melt a EP tube and leak out.
