I have to admit the prequels did have some awful story telling. However in the past alot of things were awful but they still inspired. I think Transformers 80's cartoons were awful but it was still inspirational due to voice work and a great scene here and there.
However the storytelling in the latest series is just awful. the characters don't inspire anything. I believe the people themselves ideologically are not sound in what is decent and what is evil or what is awesome.
It's kind of sad that the younger generations just get corporate junk and nothing that truly gives inspiration.
Hollywood is filled with pedophiles after all how can anyone count on them to give something great?
