I was at a Walmart earlier today and saw a RED Cheetor with unusually good paint (and also a Cheetor and a BB both with missing chest pieces, and no they weren't even at the bottom of the package...) and against my better judgment I decided to give it a shot. I opened him up, and his legs were all levels of floppy, but nothing I couldn't fix, his left arm was nice and tight, then I moved his right arm and the damn thing was spinning the peg. I looked inside and the peg going into the torso was completely fused. I decided not to shear the arm off, put him back in the package, and will go return him the next time I go to Walmart. Quite the first impression.
The figure itself felt odd, but it felt pretty fun, floppiness and screwed up arm notwithstanding. If I see another one with solid paint apps I might give it a second go.
