It's possible that we'll be able to pop them off and attach them to, say, the little white pegs, but they won't flip up like this. I illustrated the shape of the arms here, the big dot is the shoulder, then it circles clockwise to the fist.
I'm still not saying this isn't possible, but BFB could easily have shown off pictures if it could do this. (I took the comment from them that there are some hidden forms as a reference to the combined mode.)
