I got this Guts figure, but his arm doesn’t stay on, the joint won’t join, it just falls right off. So now I’ve got an armless $190 figure just standing there.
I got the attached response from Kurama Shop (checking their FAQ they apparently have no policy on defective figures and only accept unopened returns) so I’m just not sure who to argue it with to try and at least get a refund.
I know there’s the whole ‘floor polish to tighten the joints’ thing but I don’t think it’ll work on this.
I'm out of the loop, did anyone else have arm problems with this figure?
