>>9339581Large bote guy here. I'm part of a club that puts on displays at some events, including fall fairs, and other than children, women are the most interested in what we're doing. Anything that is 'cute' especially, like crew figures coiling a rope on the deck of a tugboat, gets their approval. Also the kind of crowd at a big fall fair is definitely not the kind of crowd at a model show, yet we get the same level of public appreciation and interest out of both.
Out of all the times with the club or running my models by myself I can't say I've ever say I've had a really negative experience, just dumb questions from kids and rednecks (WHY DONT U PUT A GAS MOTER INNAT THING AND MAKE ER RIP)
