>>9498708so basically the jist of this, is you pull out the jount, split the black shell, cut the middle of the joint til its combined length is 1 2/8 inches, then pin and glue it back together, while its drying take the black piece cut out the back and cut it down to be as thing as the gap between the thigh and calf, i didnt take any pics cause its very imprescise, but as long as the part fits it doesnt matter, optionally you can take a tiny little sliver of .5mm sheet styrene and stick it in the black piece so it has better contact to the front of the join, and glue it in place.
its not the most simple fix but i didnt have to outright replace the joint with something else, just "re-engineered" something they should have already figured out. so jazzwares if you're looking please fucking take notes dudes... you're gonna lose people if you keep doing ugly shit like that, call your fortnite team and be like hey mans we need help we suck do whatever it takes. and if you aren't watching, well you fucking should be you dumbfucks
