I can vouch for Double Evil, but won't deny that Flame Toys have a very special look to them (even without handling them myself). If I personally had to make a choice between Tarn and Star Saber, I would choose the latter. Double Evil is big, fun, and easy to transform -- you just have to be prepared and accept just how big he is.
