>>6139087Thanks for the clarification, the version I'm building is 1942, so it would be before it was retrofitted, and thus in the the colors you posted, I got a AK set of USN paints and I have all of those colors luckily.
The frustrating thing about this kit is the camouflage scheme Trumpeter gives doesn't give a year / USN colors.
I might just do it without camouflage though to make things easier, like this which looks like 5-H upper hull / superstructure and 5-N lower hull, much like the Indianapolis I did a few months ago.
