I've found the Hanerutchi artwork, I think that I could be reading it wrong. But I think that lines that look like legs could be just their neck and shoulders. I've found the artwork for this Tamagotchi. Also Yumekotchi has what looks like hands and a torso.

Maybe it's just his neck/shoulders, they've never drawn his fully sprite on screen. Maybe they do that "leg but it's actually their neck" on purpose as a gag.
