Set the ISO to 100, or 50 if it supports that, This will get rid of the film grain.
Make sure you have proper lighting, no flash, only static lighting, look up "Three point lighting"

and lastly invest in a tripod, your hand holding will shake the camera no matter how steady you are, and itll blur the results.
