I thought of removing the extra wrist joints but the S hook that comes with it is too big for the string channel. I guess the hook is selected specifically to only fit the extra wrist piece.
Unfortunately it won't show well on my phone but the red area is supposed to be thinest part and be a smooth transition to the rest of the forearm but now it's bumped and looks swollen compared to the other wrist. It looks worse in person. The spot where the head of the hook was is whiter than the resin surrounding it like a big rectangular fingernail milk spot.
Thanks for the help guys, I'll heat it up to see what happens.
