Given where you will be spraying fan placement is questionable. Front or bottom or even side would be better.
Air filter like that will block the airflow and bring the effective CFMs right down. Fiberglass filter is better.
Lighting is HUGELY important, you do not want to half-ass it (unless you want to be running to a proper light every time to check the paint coverage/color).
